We’re witness to yet another crowdfunding Indiegogo campaign for a wearable today. According to the latest reports, it seems like an UK-based company known by the name of Oxy has launched a campaign, for their exciting smartwatch.
Based on the reports which have been issued so far, it seems like the device will be CNC finished, have a premium look granted by stainless steel, be water resistant, and come alongside with a 1.39 inch AMOLED display, which is 400X400, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
In terms of its operating system, it seems like the Oxy smartwatch will come along with Android 5.11 ELF OS, which has been developed with the sole purpose of being used with these devices. When it comes down to the hardware components, the watch will be powered by an Ingenic 1.2 GHz M200 dual core processor, have 1 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of internal storage, which is a bit higher when compared to some of its competitors.
Thanks to the operating system of choice, users will be able to install and use any Android app whatsoever. However, there are some designed specifically for the Oxy smartwatch, which will become must-haves.
It’s also important to keep in mind the fact that the watch is also fitted with an accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope, heartrate sensors, ambient light detector and vibration motor.
